  • Parents of students whose surname begins A-G should attend from 3.30 to 4.20pm
  • Parents of students whose surname begins H-N should attend from 4.30 to 5.20pm
  • Parents of students whose surname begins O-Z should attend from 5.30 to 6.20pm
