Nonsense Poetry Show
30 October 2023
The English Department were really excited to welcome Dead Poet Live to our school on Monday 30 October to perform their stage production of poetry to our year 7 students. Dead Poet Live create theatre out of poems and poets. To date they have presented individual poets, presented poets in pairs and groups and themes, presented friends, rivals, lovers, alliances and dalliances – in whatever limit makes the poetry dramatic. The students got a chance to perform in front of their peers and immerse themselves into performance poetry!
