Thanksgiving Service in Oxford
2 October 2023
Last Thursday, a very special service took place at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford. Year 12 students were invited by the London Jesuit Community to read bidding prayers at the Ecumenical Service of Prayer and Thanksgiving on the occasion of the 400th Anniversary of the Founding of the British Province of the Society of Jesus, followed by a tour and lunch at Campion Hall.
This was a truly incredible experience, and our students were delighted to be invited and read beautifully! Thank you to Jesuits in Britain for welcoming us.
